Orders are not considered “shipped” until a tracking number has been generated and provided to the customer. Jolie Gô Fashion reserves the right to delay processing for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Payment verification issues
- Inventory discrepancies
- Supplier delays
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate at the time of purchase.
Jolie Gô Fashion partners with third-party suppliers and international logistics carriers. As a result, shipping times may vary significantly depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier operations.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 10–25 business days
- International: 15–40 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs inspections
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Global supply chain disruptions
By placing an order, you agree that Jolie Gô Fashion is not liable for shipping delays once the package has been dispatched.
All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers are fully responsible for paying all applicable shipping fees at the time of purchase. Jolie Gô Fashion does not absorb, refund, or reimburse shipping costs under any circumstances unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Jolie Gô Fashion is not responsible for:
- Delays in tracking updates
- Incorrect tracking information provided by carriers
- Lost tracking visibility during transit
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their shipment using the provided tracking number.
Jolie Gô Fashion is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, full responsibility is assumed by the carrier.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received
- Items damaged during shipping
- Packages lost in transit
- Theft after delivery
Customers must file any claims directly with the shipping carrier. Jolie Gô Fashion will not issue refunds, replacements, or credits for such incidents.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Jolie Gô Fashion is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details:
- The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees
- No refunds will be issued for shipping costs
Orders that cannot be delivered and are not returned may be considered forfeited without refund.
For international orders, customers are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding imports. Jolie Gô Fashion is not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Seized packages
- Additional import duties or taxes
Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Due to the nature of our sourcing and fulfillment process, items within a single order may be shipped separately. Customers may receive multiple packages with different tracking numbers.
Jolie Gô Fashion does not guarantee simultaneous delivery of all items in an order.
Jolie Gô Fashion shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War or civil unrest
- Pandemics
- Government actions
- Labor strikes
- Transportation disruptions
Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. By purchasing from Jolie Gô Fashion, you agree not to hold the store accountable for delays in delivery.
All orders placed with Jolie Gô Fashion are considered final once shipped. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Jolie Gô Fashion is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or losses
- The customer assumes all risks associated with shipping and delivery
- No refunds, replacements, or chargebacks will be honored due to shipping-related issues
